All orders will require a signature on delivery . If you are not in when the DHL delivery arrives, a card will be left and you can rearrange delivery on an alternate date. All of the deliveries are done by DHL/UPS standard and express delivery service.

On the morning that your order is due to be delivered, you will receive a text/email giving a 1hr delivery time-slot (e.g. 9:30am to 10:30am). If this time/date is not convenient, you can immediately postpone delivery to another date by replying to the message.
